Refund policy

At Bayana, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact support@bayana.co.uk before returning any items. Returns without prior approval cannot be processed. Partial refund is considered as a gesture of goodwill if the product has been used and does not meet your satisfaction.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photos. Approved refunds are
returned to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
